Teacher burnout is often positioned as a common result of the complex demands teaching profession (García-Carmona et al., 2019). While there no denying demanding nature teaching, in this article we present an alternative perspective on widespread discussion that distinguishes between and complexities teacher attrition, offer more hopeful strengths-based approach to profession.
